I am in love with this top!!! It’s a great pattern, very easy to read! 10/10 would recommend!!

As a beginner, I found the sneak-a-peek top to be an easy pattern to follow, and really appreciated the measurements provided for each size. I am a 36 DD and 5'4" with a short torso, and I decided to test the fit with some scrap acrylic yarn, using the size Large.
This pattern has a good mix of repeated elements and visual interest, and resulted in a totally wearable top for me. Kelsie's YouTube tutorial was a great learning resource as well. I look forward to making it again with my good yarn!
I made these modifications after the first fitting:
- added several rows to the side panel (something in between what I did and what the pattern said would match the reference photos best I think for this size).
- increased on the upward-oriented rows for the number of rows suggested for the outside of the cups, and then added 1/2 as many rows with full increases
- made "peek" one row less wide
- shortened straps by 20 stitches
- added one border row

This was my first crochet clothing item. I've been crocheting for about 3 months now and it's so easy to follow. I added an extra two rows of the v stitch on the band for extra support and coverage since I'm tall and have a longer torso. I can't wait until it's warmer weather so I can wear this top out!

This is the first crochet pattern that I’ve been able to follow, fully finish , and enjoy after a whole year of learning crochet by myself. The first one ever that gave me confidence to try after wanting to learn to crochet all of my life. Instructions are detailed and clear (even better if you get to watch the YT video). I’ve learned so much by watching Kelsie crochet that I made one for myself, for my bestie, and plan to make more!

I crocheted this top for a friend of mine and it came out perfectly! I was super pleased with the ease of understanding on this pattern and the option to have pictures or no pictures. I look forward to my next purchase of one of your patterns, this was an overall really enjoyable experience :)

Great instructions and beautiful design

LOVE this pattern!
This pattern is so well made, there’s pictures included for each step that makes it really easy to follow. Just make sure to gauge test because I realized way too late that my tension was much tighter than it should have been. Love this top and it’s even flattering for those of us who are small chested!

Great pattern! I am on the edge of two sizes and erred on the side of the smaller size and while it fits ok it is definitely I should have sized up situation for less fighting. If you use acrylic yarn it will stretch more than cotton so keep that in mind as well. If the yarn you use does feel nice rubbing against say your inner wrist it'll be uncomfortable on your more sensitive skin on your chest.

Amazing, easy to follow pattern
This was the first pattern I've paid for and it was totally worth it. I sometimes have a hard time understanding patterns but this one was easy to follow. I love that there is a simplified version and detailed version with lots of helpful pictures.

Great pattern, gauge issue
It’s a great, and easy to follow pattern and the top can be done in a single sitting if you’re a fast crocheter, but I’m having some issues with the gauge.
The yarn I used has the exact same gauge as lily sugar n cream, but it doesn’t coincide with the gauge that is listed on the pattern. I remade it in a smaller size but it’s still a little too big so i’m going to try remaking it in a different yarn.
